DAY 1, 2You start Sri Lanka Itinerary 10 Days with a day visit to the Capital city and Commercial city of Sri Lanka, Colombo. There is so much to see in Colombo hidden from the first glance. There is culture and architecture built on layer upon layer of history that runs back to the ancient Kingdom of Sri Jayawardhanapura Kotte (1370), and surrounded by rich biodiversity which consists of numerous bird, mammal, amphibian, butterfly, and aquatic species making habitats in tropical evergreen forests, marshlands, and wetlands.
DAY 3You spend a day in Kandy, a UNESCO world heritage site, the last ancient kingdom of Sri Lanka, a lofty mountain range, the only venue to witness both Colonial and traditional Sri Lankan architecture side by side.
DAY 4Next you come to the most romantically heightened, coldest, and highest set city of Sri Lanka, Nuwara Eliya. Tea grown mountains, breathtaking waterfalls, and several Colonial establishments are some of the attractions you enjoy here.
DAY 5On the following day, you visit the best preserved and largest ancient cave temple complex in Sri Lanka, and the imaginative ancient palace and fortress built on the lofty rock of Sigiriya.

DAY 77th day of your tour is spent where the culture of Sri Lankan originated, the first political and religious capital, the ancient Kingdom of Anuradhapura. The monuments in Anuradhapura feature the buildup, expansion, and prosperity of this great ancient kingdom.
DAY 8The next day is spent at Udawalawe National Park which consists of a dense elephant and leopard population. The open plains and foothills allow you to observe animals closer than you ever thought possible.
DAY 11All what you waiting for. Homestay a day in rustic village.
